| Abstract: | Chickpea is the third legume of the world in terms of total production. The shape of the seed is special. Chickpea contains abundant proteins, unsaturated lipids and various minerals, which are beneficial to people's health, so it is commonly used as food or nutritional supplement to health food. Because of its low starch content, it is also used as weight-reducing food. |
