| 摘 要： | 以棉籽油和二乙烯三胺为原料,氯化苄为改性试剂,经酰胺化、环化和季铵化反应合成咪唑啉季铵盐(M),用IR对其结构进行表征,并用失重法评价(M)缓蚀性能。结果表明,制备缓蚀剂M在盐酸体系中对A20钢有很好缓蚀效果,缓蚀率为90.43%～94.86%;并通过正交实验确定最优合成条件为:棉籽油和二乙烯三胺用量各为0.15mol,反应时间7.5小时,二甲苯用量35ml。

| Abstract: | Using cotton seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials,imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(M) was synthesized through amidation,cyclization and quartemarization reactions.Anti-corrision rate and structure determination was investigated by weight-loss method and IR.The results indicate that imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(M) offer good corrosion inhibition for A20 steel in acid pickling solution.Inhibition efficiency can be achieved to 90.43%～94.86% in hydrochloric acid.By orthogonal experiment,the optimum dosage of cotton seed oil and diethylene triamine are 0.15 mol,the reaction time is 7.5 h,and the volume of dimethylbenzene is 35 mL. |
