复凝聚法制备黄酮类化合物微胶囊研究

摘    要:以明胶和CMC(羧甲基纤维素)为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备黄酮类化合物微胶囊。通过单因素和正交试验确定影响制备黄酮类化合物微胶囊主要因素,经实验确定最优工艺条件为:壁材浓度1.5%、明胶∶CMC为8∶1、芯壁比1∶5、复凝聚pH值4.6、复凝聚温度40℃;在此条件下,黄酮类化合物微胶囊平均包埋率可达78.2%。

Abstract:Microcapsules containing flavonoids compounds were prepared by complex coacervation method with gelatin and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose as shell materials.By single factor and orthogonal experiment,research the gelatin/CMC proportion,core wall temperature,pH,than other factors on the influence of microcapsule preparation,their morphological characteristics and the encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules were inspected,preparation technology was optimized.The best technological conditions:wall material concentration 1.5%,gelatin/CMC proportion 8∶1,core/wall material ratio 1∶5,pH 4.6,reaction temperature 40 ℃,under these conditions,encapsulation efficiency can amount to 78.2%.
