淀粉/N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联微球体外降解行为研究

摘    要:模拟人体胃肠环境,对淀粉/N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联微球降解性能进行研究,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、光透式粒度分析仪、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)和X射线晶体粉末衍射(XRD)对交联淀粉微球及降解产物结构和物理性质进行分析。结果表明,微球在模拟人体胃液环境中3h内可基本维持稳定结构,降解程度低于5%,在模拟人体肠液环境中9h内缓慢降解,降解程度可达35%;粒度分析结果显示,微球经12h降解后,平均粒径从25μm减至9.8μm;SEM、FT-IR和XRD衍射表明,交联微球结构和物性已发生显著变化。
