| Abstract: | Oryzanol is an important by-product of the rice and rice bran oil refining processes., and it is beneficial on human health for many physiological functions. The Oryzanol compositions, physiological functions, soapstock compositions and methods of extraction and purification of rice bran oryzanol were summmarized in the paper. The research progress on extraction and purification methods of rice bran oryzanol was discussed emphatically. |
