| Abstract: | Chlorgenic acid is an important matter which possessed extensive physiological and pharmacological activity. Research progress on the method of extraction and purification, separation of cholrogenic acid was summarized, which, then, provides references for further study of extraction and ourification of chlorogenic acid. |
