玉米紫色素提取工艺研究

摘    要:以一种紫色玉米芯为原料,通过实验确定玉米紫色素最佳提取方案。实验结果表明:该色素最佳吸收波长为510nm;以pH=2去离子水提取效果最好,最佳料液比为120,最佳提取温度60℃。最佳提取时间4h。浸提液经抽滤、旋转蒸发、干燥后得到色素成品(粗品),并计算得出对紫色玉米芯紫色素提取率约为6%。

Abstract:The research used a purple corncob as material and confirmed the best extract method of purple pigment by experiment.The result showed that the best absorb wavelength was 510nm. Non-ion water with a pH 2 had the best distill effect,the best ratio of distill fluid and material was 120,the best distill temperature was 60"C ,the best distill time was 4 h.Pigment products(crude) was obtained after extract exhaust filtering,rotary evaporators and dry,distill rate of the pigment in purple corncob was calculated:6%.
