鞣性金属—明胶络合作用的紫外光谱研究

紫外吸收光谱法研究了明胶与鞣性金属离子的络合作用。结果表明：明胶２８２ｎｍ左右的吸收峰由于金属离子的加入，发生了显著的变化。Ｃｒ＾３＋离子与侧链羧基的配位作用强，络合物稳定性高，明胶高分子链构象发生显著变化。

Study on Coordination of Gelatin with Tanning Metals by UV

UV spectra of gelatin solution indicated that the band 282?nm was shifted to a lower wave length when the metal ions were added due to the coordination, so it changed the conformation of the polymeric chain of gelatin. High concentration of Cr 3 made the absorption band suddenly change because of the high stablity of the complex.
