| Abstract: | The lately study progress in the recovery of collagen from leather waste materials are generalized. The utilization properties of collagen, and the nutrition and physiological function of collagen peptides are summarized, too. In addition the manufacturing processing and the utilization study progress in the present and future situation of collagen are evaluated. |
