摘    要:“民以食为天,食以安为先”,食品质量安全问题一直是我们关注的焦点。结合近年来频发的食品安全问题以及食品标准化的现状,提出了一些关于食品标准化体系建设的意见和建议,以期加强食品标准化体系建设,进一步做好食品安全工作,为食品安全筑起一道坚实的防火墙。

Abstract:"Food is the paramount necessity of the people,and food safety is of primary importance." The issue of food quality and safety has been the focus of our attention.Based upon the problems of food safety frequently emerging in recent years as well as the status quo of food standardization,some opinions and suggestions were put forward on food safety standardization system construction,with a view of providing some references for the strengthening of food standardization system construction and further improvement in food safety to build a strong firewall for food safety.
