超临界CO2萃取菊花秸秆中总黄酮的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术,研究了从菊花秸秆中萃取总黄酮的工艺条件.在CO2流量为20L/h的条件下,对影响超临界CO2萃取总黄酮的各种因素,包括原料粒径、压力、温度、时间等进行了考察,得到较佳的萃取工艺条件为:原料。粒径60目、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间100min、萃取压力25MPa。

Study of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of total flavonoids from chrysanthemum straw

Abstract:The technological conditions of extracting total flavonoids from chrysanthemum straw with supercritical carbon dioxide were studied. When the carbon dioxide flow was 20 L/h, the effects of process parameters, such as raw material size, pressure, ex- traction temperature and extraction time, were investigated. The results showed the optimal extraction conditions as follows: raw material size 60 meshes, extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 100 rain and pressure 25 MPa.
