复合-纳米固化剂混合轻质土的强度特性

摘    要:基于传统混合轻质土制备方法,提出选用复合及纳米固化剂,改性EPS颗粒,制备疏浚淤泥混合轻质土新方法。通过探究轻质土强度形成机理,配合压缩强度、压缩屈服应力、压缩屈服应变试验,探究复合-纳米固化剂配比对轻质土强度特性的影响。研究表明:复合固化剂配比对轻质土压缩强度影响很大,复合固化剂A∶B配比8∶1和7∶1时,所得轻质土强度特性最好。基于最佳配比复合固化剂,引入纳米固化剂可进一步增加轻质土后期强度,最佳掺量为0.2%。

Abstract:In order to enhance the strength of lightweight soil and reduce the cost of engineering,a new method was proposed to prepare lightweight soil mixed with dredged sludge,which was composed of dredged sludge,compound stabilizer,nano- stabilizer and modified EPS( Styrofoam). The compound stabilizer was prepared by a variety of stabilizers. By exploring strength formation mechanism of lightweight soil,the tests for compressive strength,compressive yield stress and compressive yield strain were conducted to explore the affection of the type and proportion of stabilizer on strength. The results indicated that the proportion of stabilizer had a great influence on the compressive strength of the sample. The best proportion of compound stabilizer A ∶ B was 8 ∶ 1and 7 ∶ 1. At the same time,the late strength of lightweight soil was increased by little nano- stabilizer and the optimum amount was 0. 2%.
