摘    要:介绍了以贝壳 (海洋产品废弃物 )为原料 ,用中和法制备抗坏血酸钙新工艺 ,和其它工艺相比 ,本工艺产品成本低 ,设备投资少 ,生产周期短 ,产品质量高 ,适应于工业化生产 ;实验过程中 ,在国内首次用电化学方法研究了钙剂的化学活性 ,同时证明了化学活性和生物学活性的一致性 ,和传统的“代谢法”相比 ,电化学方法不仅快速准确 ,而且不必通过人体或动物实验就可以得到满意的结果

Abstract:A new technology of preparation of calcium ascorbate has been presented by neutralization method using shell as the raw material. Compared with other methods the cost of production and equipment investment is very low, the period of production is very short and quality of the product is excellent. This technology is suitable for industrial production. In the experiment, chemical activity of calcium phamaceuticals were studied by electrochemical method for the first time in China, the consistence of chemical and biological activity has been confirmed. In comparison with metabolic method, this method is fast and accurate. Satisfactory result can be obtained using this method without making experiment in human body or animals.
