国内外卤水提锂工艺技术现状

摘    要:金属锂及其化合物在化工、新能源等许多领域具有广泛的应用,国际市场对锂产品的需求量保持持续增长。文章介绍了国内外锂资源的一些基本概况,综合分析了盐湖卤水提取碳酸锂的工艺技术现状,在此基础上比较了各种提锂方法,展示了实验室在离子交换与吸附提锂方面取得的最新成果。最后指出了目前我国盐湖卤水提锂存在的主要问题,并结合我国盐湖卤水资源的特点,预测了未来卤水提锂的发展趋势。

Abstract:Metallic lithium and its compounds play great role in the chemical industry, new energy and many other fields, so international market demand for lithium products to maintain sus- tained growth. The present situation of lithium resources at home and abroad was described in this paper. The production process and current situation of lithium carbonate extraction from salt lake brine were synthetically analyzed. Based on comparing with various methods of extracting lithium carbonate, the latest result of our laboratory in ion exchange and adsorption of lithium extraction was revealed. The main problems of extraction lithium from salt lake brine at present were pointed out in the end. Combined with the characteristics of salt lake brine resources in China, the developmental trend for lithium separation from brine was also pointed out.
