小比例色纺纱的生产体会

Production Experience of Small-Proportion Colored Spun Yarn

This paper discusses production technical points of small-proportion colored spunyarn and puts forward control measures and makes production suggestions with respect to raw material selection, blending method selection, process design principles and productionmanagement in allusion to quality problems of small-proportion colored spun yarn such as color difference and color knot. In the production, raw cotton with appropriate fineness and good maturity and chemical fiber with stable chroma and proper moisture regain are used.Uneven color mixing is improved with roll mixing method, each process is cleaning, isolation, protection and quality detection work is conducted well, the possibility of producing color difference, reducing color knot and appearance quality of small-proportion color-spun yarn. optimized and thus reducing improving the
