| Abstract: | A study is made on manufacturing medium density fiberboard with E1 level formaldehyde emission by adding modifier and promoter in UF resin preparing and using formaldehyde catcher in glue regulating. The result shows that the modification of UF resin decreases resin cost by 10 percent and the physical and mechanical performance of board meets the requirements of State Standards. |
