摘    要:文中建立了超声萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中13种硝基苯类化合物的方法。样品经超声萃取、旋蒸浓缩、定容后,采用高效液相色谱仪(配紫外检测器)进行测试,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明,该方法的检出限(LOD)为0.01~0.05 mg/kg,方法定量限(LOQ)为0.05~0.20 mg/kg,在一定质量浓度范围内,线性相关系数为0.9979~0.9999;3个不同质量浓度添加试验中,加标回收率为80.50%~104.70%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.15%~6.57%(n=6);本方法操作简便,准确度高,回收率及精密度好,适用于纺织品中13种硝基苯类化合物的测定。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for the determination of 13 kinds of nitrobenzene compounds in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography with ultrasonic extraction is developed.The sample is extracted by ultrasonic extraction,concentrated by rotary evaporator,and after constant volume set,it was tested by high performance liquid chromatography(with UV detector),and the retention time was qualitatively determined by external standard method.The results show that with the determination method for the 13 kinds of nitrobenzene compounds,the limits of detection(LOD)are 0.01~0.05 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation(LOQ)are 0.05~0.20 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9979~0.9999 within a certain concentration range.In the three different mass concentration addition tests,the recoveries were in the range of 80.5%~104.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)are 2.2%~6.6%(n=6).The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,good recovery and precision,which is suitable for detection of nitrobenzene compounds in textiles.
