纬编成形平贴袋和斜插袋方法研究

摘    要:提出一种在电脑横机上立体编织平贴袋和斜插袋的方法。通过分析口袋的成形原理,运用纬编中的翻针、拷针、移针等针织技术实现平贴袋和斜插袋纬编成形,并详细阐述平贴袋纬平针编织及1隔1编织两种方式。最后运用Stoll电脑横机编织成形口袋,验证该纬编方法的可行性。结果表明,与传统制作方法相比,使用成形技术后平贴袋的生产效率提高了22%,斜插袋的生产效率提高了33%。该研究为纬编成形平贴袋和斜插袋的生产提供了实际操作指导,该方法不仅可以有效提高产品生产效率,还可以降低生产成本。

Abstract:This paper presents a kind of three-dimensional knitting method of flat patch pocket and slash pocket on computerized flat knitting machine. Through analyzing the forming principle of pockets, weft knitted fully-fashioned flat patch pocket and slash pocket are realized by using knitting techniques such as needle turning,press-off and needle moving in weft knitting. Two methods of plain stitch and half-gauge for flat patch pocket are expounded. Finally, Stoll computerized flat knitting machine is used to knit pockets to verify the feasibility of the weft knitting method. The results show that compared with the traditional manufacturing method, the production efficiency of flat patch pocket and slash pocket are increased by 22% and 33% respectively. This study provides practical operation guidance for the production of weft knitted flat patch pockets and slash pockets, which can not only effectively improve the product production efficiency, but also reduce the production cost.
