| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用莫代尔和棉两种不同种类性能的本色纱线,替代不同颜色的有色纱线,同样垫放在按花型要求所选择的某些织针上进行成圈形成提花织物的染整加工工艺.介绍了莫代尔纤维的性能和其混纺织物的特点,阐述了此类提花织物的氧漂、染色、柔软整理以及定形等染整工艺的处方和条件.得出此类提花织物的染整各工序要求低张力、低速度,染色采用纯棉染色工艺,染化料以活性染料为主.

| Abstract: | Replacing employment of different colored yarns, the Modal and cotton in the self-color are knitted into a jacquard fabric. This introduces the properties of Modal fiber and characteristics of its blended fabric, analyzes the dyeing technology in terms of oxygen bleaching, coloring, softening and thermal setting. It can be seen that the dyeing and finishing processes for this kind of jacquard fabric needs low processing tension and low speed, the dyeing technology for cotton fabric is very applicable, and the reactive dye is much preferred. |
