抗战时期国民政府盐务管理体制的变迁

抗战时期国民政府及时调整了盐务管理机构,实施了一系列有利于抗战的盐务政策,建立起以服务战时经济为特点的盐务管理体制,有力地支持了战时军需民用的需要,为抗战胜利作出了贡献。同期盐务制度的变迁也是民国盐务现代化进程的一个不可逾越的阶段。本文试图对上述问题作进一步讨论。

Variance of Salt Administrative System of the Republic of China in the Period of Anti -Japanese War

In the period of Anti -Japanese War, government of Republic of China promptly adjusted its organization of salt administration and carried on a series of salt policy that was suitable to Anti- Japanese War. They set up salt administrative system that saved for economy in wartime and these policies strenthenly supported the needs of army and civilian. They made contribution for the victory of Anti - Japanese War. Meantime, the variance of salt administrative system was also an insurmountable phase in the course of salt administrative modernization. This paper is a discussion of problem above.
