抗日战争初期成立的国民政府最高经济与金融机构四联总处,积极实施战时盐业贷款政策,以利用国家行局的资金来推动大后方盐业生产和运输,对增加国家盐税收入,满足战时工业和老百姓对食盐的需要,起到了一定的作用,进而有益于对日作战。

Discussion on Salt Loan Policy of Four-Bank Office During the Anti-Japanese War

Four-Bank Office, established in the early anti-Japanese War, was the supreme economic and financial institution of the national government. It actively implemented wartime salt loan policy to promote salt production and transportation with the fund from national bank bureau. It played a role in increasing state tax revenue and meeting the salt demand of industry and civilians, thus contributing to the anti-Japanese War.
