台盐的变迁

台盐实业股份有限公司(台盐)在台湾地区废除盐业行政垄断后,由公营转变为民营,通过改革经营机制和业务构成,自主创新科技和品牌,逐步发展成横跨盐产品、化妆品、饮料、电子科技、生物科技、旅游等多行业的大型跨国企业的过程,对大陆食盐专营企业当前化危为机具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taiwan Salt Changes

After the abolition of administrative monopoly of Salt Industry in TaiWan region, TaiWan Salt Industrial Co., Ltd （hereafter as TWS） has transferred its management method from public to private. TWS innovated the technology and brand independently by reformation of the management method and business structure, as well as gradually developed into a large multinational company involves in salt products, cosmetics, beverages, electro-technology, biotechnology, tourism and many other industry areas. The whole development process makes some references for turning crises into opportunities for Salt Monopoly Enterprises of mainland.
