摘    要:为提高造船门机设计水平及效率,提出造船门式起重机集快速定制与样机评价于一体的设计系统。该系统基于造船门机设计知识,采用模块化、参数化设计技术,实现快速变型设计;基于虚拟样机技术,对造船门机数字样机进行运动学和动力学仿真分析等,实现样机评价,并及时反馈信息指导设计优化。实例结果表明该系统可以很好地满足造船门机的快速定制及优化设计要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the level and efficiency of shipbuilding gantry crane design,a design system taking both rapid customization design and prototype evaluation into integration was proposed.Based on design knowledge of shipbuilding gantry crane,both the modular and parametric design technologies were applied to realize the rapid variant design.In terms of virtual prototype technology,also the kinematics and the dynamics simulation analyses were conducted to realize prototype evaluation.All of these provide guidance for optimization timely.A case study was given and the results show that the proposed system can meet the requirement of rapid variant design and optimization of shipbuilding gantry crane greatly well.
