Analysis on the Return Error of Cycloidal Pin-Wheel Speed Reducer

For cycloidal pin wheel speed reducers which are mainly used to transfer motions,the return error will be one of the factors influencing their use performance.In a reducer the return error is a function of manufactre,assemble and principle errors(such as tooth profile modification)of the unit parts.The computation shows that,although it gives the less influence to the transmission error,the tooth profile modification gives the larger influence to the return error.
