| 摘 要： | 针对特种改装汽车的订单式设计、制造特点,以PDM为集成平台,统一企业内部物资编码,建立包括标准件、通用件、材料的PDM物资库,使设计人员在物资选用上进行标准化和规范化作业.通过企业级PDM的信息集成,实现物资在企业内部的统一控制,达到缩短开发周期、减少库存品种、降低成本的目的.

| Abstract: | Being directed against the specialities of order form design and manufacture of special type refit automobile,using PDM as the integrated platform,unifying material code in enterprise,building up PDM material storehouse of standard piece,general piece and stuff,so as to make designers and engineers work with standardization on material selection,through information integration at enterprise level,the unified control of material inside enterprise will be realized,the product exploitation cycle will be shortened,the varieties of storage will be reduced and the cost will be cut. |
