摘    要:运用显式动力学分析法,研究对啮合齿轮副结构参数中的变位系数和螺旋角的改变对啮合瞬态性能的影响,并通过动态模拟计算,结果可清楚地显示结构参数的变化引起的齿轮啮合瞬态性能的变化趋势。对齿轮设计中,齿轮变位系数和螺旋角的选取有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The transient performance of the fifth change gear pair engage system of the transmission was studied in this paper.Based on the finite element explicit dynamic method,separately research the influence of modification coefficient and helix angle upon the gear system by dynamic simulation,the results clearly tell us the tendency of the performance following the changes of two parameters.It also shows that the finite element explicit dynamic method has reference value to choose the modification coefficient an...
