电站锅炉热力管道异种钢焊接接头高温性能分析

摘    要:电站过热器异种钢接头,因钢材、焊材匹配焊接工艺不同而产生不同的高温力学性能,通过对电厂新、旧两类过热异种钢接头的高温性能进行实验和分析,以为奥氏体不锈钢的异种钢接头应采用镍基焊缝过渡,T91钢的异种钢接头应采用近强度钢材匹配。

Abstract:Heterosteel joint of superheater have different thermodynamic performance for different steel,welding material and different welding processing.By high temperature experiment and analysis of both different heterosteel joint knows that Nickel-base welding seam transfer should be adopted in austenic stainless steel jount ,the T91 heterosteel joint should adopt approach strength steel material matched .
