浅谈武钢人力资源管理中对专业技术人员的激励

文章运用现代人才资源激励理论，以武汉钢铁集团公司（以下简称武钢）的人才激励为例，紧密结合武钢人力资源管理实际，介绍了企业对专业技术人才激励的现状和武钢人才激励取得的成绩。在总结借鉴国内一些优秀企业人才资源激励经验的基础上，分析了武钢人才资源管理及激励机制存在的主要问题，提出了改善武钢人才资源激励机制的对策。为武钢更好地进行人才资源管理，留住优秀人才献计献策。从而也为国有大型企业改革人才资源管理制度提供了案例。
