| 摘 要： | 在现代检测中，对温度的精度要求越来越严格。金属铂（Pt）的电阻值随温度变化而变化，其精度高、稳定性好、可靠性强、性价比高被广泛应用于气象、农林、汽车等多个行业。ICL7315芯片是高精度的双积分A／D转换器．由ICL7315芯片搭栽的铂电阻温度传感器可以有效控制温度精度。

| Abstract: | The requirements of the temperature accuracy have been stricter more and more in modern test. The value of Pt resistance changes with temperature. It can be used widely in many different industries for example meteorology, agriculture and forestry ,automotive owing to its high accuracy, stability, reliability, high cost performance. CMOS chip of ICL7135 is a high accuracy Double Integral A/D convector which can control temperature accuracy by Pt. |
