基于TMS320LF2407的不对称负载下的位置同步控制

摘    要:研究了负载不对称情况下基于DSP控制器TMS320LF2407的同步控制方法,并通过搭建的实验平台实现了刚性连接下两个驱动轴的并行控制。同时对采集到的数据进行了分析,结果表明并行控制方式在多电机拖动系统的同步控制中是可行的,并在积分分离式PID控制算法作用下取得了较好的控制效果。

Abstract:This paper is about the research on the synchronous control with controller DSP TMS320LF2407 in condition of asymmetrical loads.The parallel control of two driving shafts which were rigidly connected was achieved on test platform.The collected data were analyzed.The results show that the parallel control mode is feasible in synchronous control of multi-motor driving system,and this manner can achieve a good control effect with the help of integral separation PID.
