摘    要:某制药厂四工位高周波焊接设备的工艺过程为放料—旋转—合模—焊接—分模—旋转—下料,在实际生产中,会出现电极卡住现象。为了减少此故障并及时警示操作人员,从机械结构和电气两个方面分别设计了弹簧钢珠防护装置及光纤报警系统,并在实践中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The standard process of a radio frequency welding machine is: put material-rotate platform-close mould-weld-open mould-discharge material.Sometime,the electrode may be jammed and the mould will be damaged.In order to avoid this trouble and remind the operator,we use ball-spring and optical fiber sensor to design two sets of protection systems.The effects are well after a long time's production.
