高速包材生产线退卷机、收卷机驳接系统的设计

摘    要:高速包材生产线的退卷机、收卷机驳接系统是确保生产连续、稳速进行的关键设备,也是故障多发部位。在消化、吸收同类进口设备技术的基础上,对现有设备进行了技术改造,分别为高速包材印刷线的退卷机和复合线的收卷机成功地配置了性能优良的驳接系统,为所服务公司节约了可观的外汇支出,也为此类关键设备国产化作了一些卓有成效的探索。

Abstract:In last several years,the authors have been deeply impressed that the splice system in unwinder and rewinder of high speed packing production line is key equipment to keep machine continuously running at stable speed. It is also the location where breakdown occur very often. Based on study of the same type of equipments which were imported from oversea,the authors successfully built splice system with high performance for unwinder of high speed printing line and rewinder of high speed laminating line during machine rebuilding in 2002 and 2003,saved lots of money for the company. Meanwhile,the authors have done some research job with great effect for making these kinds of key equipments in our country.
