| 摘 要： | 主轴运动是数控机床上一种比较重要的运动,不同的场合要求有不同的控制方式。探讨了西门子840D数控系统常用的两种主轴控制方式的应用场合及其控制方法,以及主轴换档的时序关系和换档中简单故障的处理。

| Abstract: | Spindle motion is an important motion of NC machines,and different conditions require different control modes.This paper discusses applications and control method of the commonly used two spindle control modes of 840D CNC system,and the time series relationship of spindle shift and simple malfunction disposal of spindle shift. |
