| 摘 要： | 数据测量是逆向工程的关键技术。采用接触式测头测量时，由于测头半径的影响，测量得到的坐标数据并不是测头所触及的表面点的坐标，而是测头中心的坐标，使得测量产生了误差。对于测头半径的影响而产生的误差进行了分析研究，提出了几种测头半径补偿的方法。

| Abstract: | Data measurement is a key process of reverse engineering.When using the contact measurement,gained data is not accurate data which the probe touched,because the influence of the probe's radius,but the central coordinates of the probe.In this paper,the error which is brought by the influence of the probe's radius is investigated,and several kinds of compensatory methods of probe's radius are proposed. |
