| 摘 要： | 搅拌总成作为混凝土搅拌运输车的核心部分,直接决定了整车性能。通过对8.5LP型搅拌车搅拌总成的研究,指出了搅拌叶片在前锥、中圆和后锥部分分别采用的螺旋线形式,并对搅拌罐总成进行了建模和仿真,为指导生产实践奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | The mixing assembly is the central part of the concrete mixer truck,which directly determines the entire car's performance.Through the research of 8.5LP mixer truck mixing assembly,the paper pointed out the spiral lines which adopted by the front cone,the middle circle and the back cone of mixing blade.Finally a modeling and simulation of the mixing assembly was be made,which provides a theory foundation for the engineering practice. |
