高压电子束焊机中电子束发生系统的设计计算

摘    要:电子束焊接是通过阴极加热发射的电子,经高压电场加速后,获得极高的动能,加速后的电子经过磁透镜聚焦而形成能量密度极高的电子柬来轰击工件表面。电子束发生系统的设计直接影响电子枪的性能、发射能力以及电子柬的轨迹,进而影响到整个电子柬焊机的焊接性能。

Abstract:In the electron-beam welding(EBW) system,the emitted electrons are heated by cathode and are accelerated through high-voltage static electric field,get a high kinetic energy.The accelerated electrons are focused by magnetic lens and form high energy density electron-beam to bombard the surface of the workpiece.The design of electron-beam generating system affects the performance of an electron-gun,emitting ability and the track of electron-beam directly.Furthermore,it can make an impact on the welding capability of the whole electron-beam welding equipment.
