面向个性化定制的产品配置研究

研究了基于产品族模型的产品配置技术,分析了从细分客户需求映射到产品族的基本组成、可变因素和配置规则的过程,建立了产品族模型的通用结构。在此基础上,通过产品配置来实现产品的快速开发,并给出了配置实例。

Research on Product Configuration for the Individual Customization

Individual customization is considered as one of the most important production mode in 21st century.As a primary theoretical basis to carry out individual customization,product configuration has been paid more and more attention to by many enterprises.This article studies the product configuration technology based on product family model,analyzes the process of converting customers' requirements to common bases,variants,and configuration rules,builds the general architecture of product family.For this method,the product configuration is adopted as a quick way of product design,and the article gives an example of product configuration.
