圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计

摘    要:以二级圆柱齿轮减速器的总中心距最小作为设计目标,选取齿轮齿数、模数、传动比和螺旋角作为设计变量,建立了齿轮减速器优化设计的数学模型,应用复合形法对减速器进行优化设计,得出了优化结果.实例计算表明,采用复合形法得出的优化结果明显好于常规设计方案.

Abstract:Taking the smallest center distance of two-stage cylindrical gear reducer as objective,selecting the numbers of teeth,modulus,gear ratio and spiral angle as design variables,the mathematical model is established.The optimization design on gear reducer is carried out by using compound form and the optimization result is obtained.The result shows that,the optimization design based on compound form can gain more optimized results than the traditional ones.
