基于遗传模拟退火算法的注射机增力机构的优化设计

摘    要:对注射机五铰链斜排双曲肘增力机构进行了运动和力学特性分析,用遗传模拟退火算法对增力机构进行了优化设计,该优化设计属于多目标函数优化问题,即要求机构行程比较大;力的放大倍数较大;机构总长较小。本文建立了优化数学模型,与传统设计方法进行了比较,结果表明行程比增加8.2%,力的放大倍数增加20.3%,机构总长减小5%。

Abstract:Motion and mechanics property analysis is carried out on the five hinged incline arranged and double elbowed force increasing mechanism of injection machine. An optimization design is carried out on the force increasing mechanism by the use of genetic simulated annealing algorithms, and its optional mathematics model is established. And a complete procedure of optimal design is introduced so as to increase the stroke ratio and the amplification of the force, and to decrease the total length of mechanism, which belongs to multi-object optimization problem. The optimal solution of the force increasing mechanism of injection machine is found with genetic algorithms. Compared with the traditional methods, the result shows that the stroke ratio is increased by 8.2%, the amplification of the force is increased by 20.3%, and the total length of mechanism is decreased by 5%.
