摘    要:通过对铁路提速客车轴接触应力有限元计算分析说明,当客车轴承有轴向偏载荷时,轴承滚子对称修形无法克服偏栽效应,必须根据偏栽时滚子与内外圈接触应力或位移的偏移规律对滚子母线进行非对称修形,才能使轴承有可靠的使用寿命。

Abstract:By the FEM to computing contact stress of cylindrical roller bearing which is used on high speed railway vehicle, the analysis shows that symmetrical finishing for roller generator can not overcome the effect of defective power when the bearing is loaded a force along the axis, the roller generator must be made in dissymmetrical finishing according to the rule of contact stress or excursion between a roller and ring of inside or outside loading a deflective power effect and the life of bearing can be improved.
