| 摘 要： | 采用动力学分析软件MSC.ADAMS对2K-V型摆线针轮减速机进行多刚体动力学仿真;联合MSC.ADAMS/Flex和有限元软件ANSYS,运用模态分析技术,得到摆线轮的固有频率及振型,对刚柔混合体模型进行柔体动力学仿真;应用MSC.ADAMS/Durability得到摆线轮的动态应力分布变化,更真实地反映了摆线轮的工作情况.

| Abstract: | Dynamics simulation on rigid body models of 2K-V cycloid-pin-annulus reducer was carried out by dynamics analysis software MSC.ADAMS.Combined with MSC.ADAMS/Flex and the finite element software ANSYS,the natural frequency and free vibration was obtained by modal analysis technology.Moreover,through dynamics simulation on rigid-flexible system,distribution of dynamics stress of the cyclical annulus in working cycles was obtained.The results can describe the working condition of cyclical annulus more accurate... |
