摘    要:在求得CBN珩轮和齿轮的主曲率,主方向及啮合点处密切抛物面的基础上,从接触变形入手,对珩齿切削深度进行了分析计算,并对微观切削过程进行了初步探讨,得出了用CBN标准渐开线珩轮珩齿肯定会出现被珩齿轮齿形中凹问题等结论。

Abstract:In this paper, some basic aspects about the conjugation of the honing wheel surface and the gear tooth surface, such as the principal curvature, the principal normal vector and the osculation paraboloid, were analyzed in first. Based on the elastic contact deformation of the honing wheel and the gear tooth, the cutting depth was calculated and the micro-mechanism of the honing process was evaluated. It was found that the middle sinking of the gear tooth profile is unavoidable if the honing wheel has the theoretical involute profile.
