摘    要:介绍了一种工作齿廓含直线段的三叶罗茨鼓风机( 真空泵) 转子的复合型型线,即直线共轭线型型线;根据啮合基本原理对该复合型线中各个组成区段进行了啮合分析,建立了直线共轭线的啮合方程,对转子的啮合连续性问题和多点啮合现象进行了探讨。该型线已在生产中得到了成功应用。

Abstract:In this paper, a kind of componnd rotor profile of 3 lobes Roots blower/vaccum pump was put forward. There is a section of straight line on the working part of the rotor profile. By applying the Basic law of conjugate gear tooth action, the meshing of all the composing sections of the rotor profile was analyzed, the meshing equations of the straight line section and its conjugate profile were built. The continuity of the meshing of the rotor and the phenomenon of multipoint meshing in the rotor profile were studied. The rotor profile had been used succesfully in production.
