摘    要:要实现对转动机器人的精确控制,必须进行高精度的角位置检测。本文设计了一个多极旋变-RDC轴角检测的解算系统,重点介绍了RDC19222构成的解算电路以及基于DSP的粗、精通道耦合解算算法。该系统外围器件少,解算精度高。

Abstract:A shaft position coder is necessary in order to control the rotary robot precisely. Our shaft position detecting and decoding system was designed for multi-pole rotary transformer, which mainly focused on decoding circuit of RDC19222 and the algorithm of coarse and fine channel coupling based on DSP. The system has the advantage of less additional parts and higher precision.
