数控激光切割机床开发及其关键技术分析

摘    要:数控激光切割机床是近十几年来发展较为迅速的金属成型设备,与传统切割机床相比具有更好的加工柔性并且加工速度快、效率高、无振动及噪声等.本文主要介绍了激光切割发展方向、数控激光切割机的改进及其关键技术,同时分析了激光对人体的危害及防护对策,经长时间的实践证明这种改进方案可行且稳定性较好.

Abstract:CNC laser cutting tool which is one of metal forming equipment has rapid development in the past 10 years,compared with other cutting tools,it have better flexibility and adaptability in the processing,what's more,it also have high speed and efficiency,no vibration and noise when working.This paper not only summarizes the development of laser cutting,the improving of CNC laser cutting tool and key technologies,but also delivers the hazards of laser to the health of workers and the countermeasures,this approach has been improved feasible and stable by long time practice.
