基于神经网络理论的液压系统故障诊断系统

摘    要:为了实时、准确地对液压系统的故障进行诊断,开发了一套基于神经网络理论的液压系统故障诊断系统,利用PC机强大的数据处理能力对采集的数据进行实时处理并直观地显示处理结果,极大地提高了诊断速度和准确度。将此系统应用于某型车辆液压系统的故障诊断,达到了比一般故障诊断系统更好的准确度和更快的速度。

Abstract:In order to diagnosis the fault of hydraulic system truly and quickly, a fault diagnosis system based on neural network theory is designed for it, the sampled data are real-time processed and the result is displayed visually by utilizing the powerful ability of data processing of the PC, then the diagnosis speed and true-proportion are advanced. When this system is applied to diagnosis the hydraulic system's fault of a vehicle, it gains higher true-proportion and faster speed than the normal fault diagnosis system.
