舰载激光惯导系统冲击隔离器的设计

摘    要:舰载激光惯导系统要求所使用的冲击隔离器具有较高隔冲效率及姿态保持精度,据此设计了六连杆弹簧-液压阻尼冲击隔离器,通过数值仿真计算得到了弹簧及阻尼器的参数。在此条件下,垂向及横向隔冲效率均在80%以上,舰船摇摆时冲击隔离器上台体绕下台体转角的最大值为33角秒,满足舰载激光惯导的使用环境要求。最后在轻型冲击机上对激光惯导冲击隔离器的隔冲性能进行了试验验证,垂向隔冲效率为88%,横向隔冲效率为84.7%,试验数据与理论分析相比误差不超过3%,验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:A shock isolator using springs/liquid-dampers in a hexapod configuration is designed for the Ship's Inertial Navigation System to meet the need of high shock isolating efficiency and keeping the accurate position.The design parameters of the springs and the damps are obtained with Numerical-simulation method.In this condition the shock isolating efficiency in the vertical direction and the laterally direc-tion are both more than 80%,and the angle changes between the up-plate and the base-plate during rolling is less than 33 arc second,which can meet the needs of the ship's inertial navigation system.The shock isolator is test on the light shock machine to get the isolating efficien-cy.The isolating efficiency in the vertical direction is 88%,and the isolating efficiency in the laterally direction is 84.7%.The error comes from the analyze and the test is less than 3%,which confirm the rightness of the design.
