摘    要:在本研究中采用了Box-Behnken法设计三因素响应面实验,以爆破压力、NaOH浓度和NaOH处理时间为影响因素,以芦苇中酸不溶性木质素的相对含量为响应值,对爆破-碱液处理芦苇去木质素的条件进行了优化.实验表明:在爆破压力为0.62MPa,碱液浓度为2.48%,碱处理时间23.7h时,芦苇秸秆中的木质素去除效果最好,酸不溶性木质素相对含量可降低到4.75%.

Box-Behnken Design for the Optimization of Removal Lignin in Reed by Popping-alkali Pretreatment

Abstract:In this study, the response surface method of Box-Behnken design was used to optimize lignin removal in reed by popping-alkali pretreatment. The assay was carried out by three factor named popping pressure, NaOH concentration and alkali operation time, and the Acid-lnsohible Lignin(ADL) in reed was defined as response value. The experimental results showed that the relative content of ADL in the reed could decrease to 4.75% with popping pressure 0.62MPa, NaOH concentration 2.48% and alkali operation time 23.7h as the optimum condition.
