基于Lab—VIEW的铂热电阻温度控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于Lab—View的铂热电阻温度控制系统。该系统由装有Lab—View软件的上位计算机与PCI-8360V信号采集板卡和PT100温度传感器等外部设备串口通信,可以实时监测箱体内的温度信号,并对被控对象进行数字显示和恒温控制。实践证明,该装置充分模拟了温度传感器在工业现场的控制过程,操作简单,人机界面友好,获得了较好温控效果。

Abstract:This article introduced one platinum thermal resistance temperature control system based on the Lab-View. With the installation of Lab-View software in the host computer, it can serial communicates with the signal gathering board and the PT100 temperature sensor, and real time monitor the temperature in the testing box so as to display and constant control temperature to the control object. The practice proved that this equipment can fially simulate the control process of temperature sensor in the industry scene, it is easy to handle and friendly to communication, which obtains very good results on temperature control.
