摘    要:本文对某汽车公司轻型载货汽车边梁式车架有限元模型进行了模态分析。文中运用Unigraphics软件,建立了边梁式车架结构的CAD模型,并通过Ansys对其进行分网和模态分析,获得了车架的固有频率及振型特征,使汽车的结构在设计中尽量避免共振和噪声,加强其稳定性、舒适性和安全性,同时也为实际试验提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:The modal analysis of the light truck fringe-beam frame FEM model of an automobile company is discussed in this article.At first, the CAD model of the fringe-beam frame is set up by Unigraphics. Then the model is meshed and the modal analysis is made by ANSYS. Finally, we get the natural frequency and vibration characteristic of the frame so that the resonance and noise will be avoided during the design of the automobile frame. It will strengthen the stability, comfortability and security of the automobile.At the same time, it also supply the reference and bases for the practical test.
